Delete data from the app
- Open the Cynxio Money mobile app.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Select Delete cloud data only or Delete everything, then type
DELETEto confirm.
Delete cloud data only removes server-side account data and leaves local device data in local mode. Delete everything removes the account plus local app records on that device.
Disconnect Gmail
If Gmail is connected, open the Gmail settings screen in the app and disconnect Gmail. This removes the app's active Gmail connection and stops future Gmail imports. You can also remove Cynxio Money access from your Google Account security settings.
What deletion removes
- Transactions, review queue items, accounts, categories, budget pockets, and preferences.
- Gmail connection records, encrypted Gmail tokens, imported Gmail message records, and sender mappings.
- Sessions and device records tied to the deleted account scope.
- Google sign-in identity records when the full account deletion option is used.
Operational retention
Active app data is intended to be removed after deletion. Limited records may remain in backups, security logs, diagnostics, or legal records for a period required to operate and protect the service.
If you cannot access the app
Contact support from the email address tied to your Cynxio Money account and request account deletion. Include enough information to identify the account. Do not include passwords or Google OAuth tokens.
