Acceptance

By using Cynxio Money, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or connect Google or Gmail access. Cynxio Money is operated by PT PERINTIS ORIGIN CODE.

Service description

Cynxio Money is a personal finance assistant for receipt capture, Gmail receipt import, transaction review, accounts, categories, and budget pockets. Features may vary by build, configuration, platform, and account status.

Your responsibilities

• Use the app only with accounts, receipts, statements, and Gmail data you are allowed to use.
• Review extracted data before relying on it.
• Keep your device, email account, and sign-in credentials secure.
• Do not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
• Comply with applicable law and third-party terms, including Google's terms.

No financial, tax, or legal advice

Cynxio Money helps organize information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for checking records and making decisions.

Google and Gmail connection

Gmail import is optional. If you connect Gmail, Cynxio Money requests read-only Gmail access to find likely receipts, orders, invoices, and statements for your review queue. You can disconnect Gmail or delete account data as described on the Data deletion page.

Availability

The app may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Features may be added, removed, or changed as the product develops. Cynxio Money is provided without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.

User content and data

You keep your rights to the data you add or import. You allow Cynxio Money and its service providers to process that data only as needed to operate the app, provide support, protect the service, and comply with law.

Account deletion

You can delete cloud data or the full account from the app's delete account flow. Deletion is intended to be permanent for active app data, subject to operational backups, security logs, legal obligations, and abuse-prevention records.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
